Overview

These Terms govern your access to and use of LandPaddy. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Platform Role

LandPaddy is a mediated marketplace. Buyers and sellers do not directly contact each other; communications and milestones are coordinated by LandPaddy admins/agents. We do not provide legal advice or guarantee title.

Accounts and Eligibility

• Users must be 18+ and provide accurate information.
• Sellers may be required to complete KYC before listing.

Listings and Milestones

• Sellers must ensure listings are accurate and lawful; prohibited content is not allowed.
• Milestone completion (e.g., inspection, document checks, transfer instruments) governs disbursement.

Inspections and Calendar

Inspections are scheduled with LandPaddy involvement and may use Google Calendar. Reschedules and cancellations follow platform policy.

Payments and Disbursement

• Payments are processed by third parties; funds go to LandPaddy intermediary accounts.
• Disbursements occur upon milestone completion; refunds follow the platform policy.
• Platform and boost fees may apply and will be disclosed.

Prohibited Uses

No unlawful activity, fraud, scraping, or attempts to bypass platform controls.

Intellectual Property

The service, trademarks, and software are owned by LandPaddy or licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the service.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided “as is.” We disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted. Our aggregate liability will not exceed NGN or amounts paid to us in the prior 6 months, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify LandPaddy for losses arising from your use or violations of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Changes

We may modify these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
