2. Complete verification checks for identity and property documents.
3. List property with details, media, and pricing.
4. Receive payment notifications when a buyer pays.
5. Complete required transaction milestones and transfer steps.
6. Receive funds release once transaction conditions are satisfied.

Dispute Handling

If a dispute arises:

• Funds may be temporarily placed on hold.
• Both parties are required to provide documentation.
• Our compliance team reviews the case and makes a decision.
• Fraudulent users may be permanently removed from the platform.
